BC is a good company to sell for. Lots of marketshare and the salary/commission structure puts you comfortably into six figures.

The website does not have any information about the availability of sales jobs. Please advise. Thank you.

The only problem is "Blacks and Latino's need not apply"

Beckman Coulter is a good company to work for, but the majority of jobs are coming from a program within the company where they hire college grads and put them through a 2 year program and then fill vacanct positions throughout the country with them.

Also, this company was great at one point... However, Mr. Garrett almost destroyed the company by being a greedy bastard! Thankfully he's gone, but wherever he goes, steer clear!

If you think Beckman is a good company to work for, think again. They may have been at some point, but since the FDA started crawling up their skirt like they did with Abbott in 2006, they have a long, hard road ahead of them. They do not even compete in the Chem/IA market, and have started loosing Heme business to Sysmex left and right. Also, they are owned by Dannaher.... not exactly a Healthcare driven company..... do the math.

    Question:

How is it to work for danaher?

I hear Beckman is hiring and I am concerned. They are looking for an RM in the NE.

    Serious answers only please.

  8. BEC: Good company to work for, Meh..ok

Well there is a reason they have openings. Its not because of increased sales.

The issue you will run into is that DHR is holding the reins so tight that it is next to impossible to do business.

Thanks thats what I heard. I heard the old DM took early retirement because he could not stand DHR and also all his reps whinning about their issues.
