I was told I wold hear something no later than Wednesday so I hope to hear something tomorrow. Keep the faith.

 

Has anyone heard if the hiring process has been put on hold?

 

I was told I would hear something by today if I was going to interview with the RM, but haven't heard a thing. Has anyone spoken to their recruiter or DM?

 

Did you hear that? I was told at my 2nd interview last week with the DM that I would hear something by Wednesday if i was going on to interview with the RM. Well that's today I have not heard a thing. Has anyone else heard differently? Has anyone actually had an interview with a RM?

It said the decision to hire a sales force would be made by mid December. Don't you think we, the candidates would be kept abreast of any such developments? I was being considered for a contract earlier this year that was put on hold for a couple of months. I was told right away that the decision to hire would be on hold but that I was still one of the final two candidates for the position. The after a couple of months I did have the final interview. It went just how they said it would.
I would think that if nothing was going to be decided until after Dec 15 that they would let u s know that of we were told we would hear something this week. That would be the professional thing to do.

 

Well, looks like they are going to hire the sales force. Now, I just need to get the job.

Well, just found out from the Q manager I had interviewed with that the A manager went with another candidate. Said he heard I did well in the interview, but as it turns out, no cigar. So, they have been moving forward all this time, and if you have not heard anything, it's probably not good news.

 

Folks this is FISH OIL for God's sake! Lovasa's sales have declined since the damn thing was launched! The contract is mediocre at best. Also, Amarin is a huge takeover target with AZ and Teva being possible buyers. If that happens, more than likely the Amarin reps would be gone, especially if AZ does buy the company. Think twice about this one!

 

Better than no job. Also, if they come through with stock options we may benefit.

 

All true, but Q has candidates out the wazoo for this. So many good but laid off reps out there and so few jobs available. I certainly will take it if I can get it.

 

Has anyone been officially notified if they have a job or another interview? I haven't heard anything since my 2nd interview. Has anyone gotten a rejection phone call or e-mail? It seems to have been unusually quiet. My first 2 interviews were right on top of each other, now just dead silence. HHHHMMMMMMM
