3 CT Reps Fired!!

Above poster is hooked on brewing up bs and nonsense....or just plain being a trouble maker..

I think half of the posts on these boards come from people who have real issues getting along with people. Spoiled brats. Die hard complainers. People who just can't be pleased no matter what they heck amount of good stuff they're given.....nothing is adequate, nothing is enough. They demand pampering forever and ever...just pampering and getting their way while they try to crush the other guy out of jealousy or spite.

Half of them should thank their lucky stars they have a job....and a manager or DCO who will listen to them or give a damn...I've worked in other companies and surprise folks...most company attitudes consists of a "if you dont like it here...then, leave!" Most people do not have the privilege to have their views submitted on company related matters or much of anything else...

So quit being like a two year olds...either appreciate what you have or take a hike to the unemployment office! And, no I'm not a manager...

 

Jeez, I always go to the front desk and ask which doctors are in - then only report the ones who are. They won't get me on that one.

 

Thank God you're not! Can you imagine, we would have to add clueless on the CTLs description.

As for the general and others in command...they're all okay by me ...and I don't see any shenanigans and never have...

Actually a grown up need not kiss ass-that's kids play. Grown-ups work hard not unlike PD of the Bronx and JC of NYC who are all over DJs ass to keep her happy, hence they are in a good place without really working for it, or shall I say even now, not really working at all!

Even more of a joke than yesterday. DJ: go away. You know the expression " couldn't lead flies to ____". Fits perfectly. Dreyer seems to have your number. He certainly heard about it. People are calling.

Try working in another region, maybe even another company. You will soon find yourself wishing you could return here....

BTW...most dco's I've come across are like phantoms....never even knowing the reps or wanting to know them...Most dont give a damn about listening to any list of questions from the underlings either...I think we are pretty lucky to be heard and our questions addressed...As for Mr D Im sure he will be thankful to have the leadership here where we deliver again this year...

How much longer will she hang around? DJ is LauGHabLe. She keeps rep territories open so she can create MAE positions. Really?

 

A rep in audience, and you sure are as dumb as hell. What makes you think that this is postings is all but coming from one person? Hmmm, guess you are part of her minion. And yes, Cafepharma is king! You read this don't you?

 

I'm a rep and a very good observer. I've never seen a thing to make me think anybody has it better than another guy. What ruffles you so much is probably that certain people are actually needed somewhere or they got picked for a better or higher paying job before you. Bottom line is we all have strengths and weaknesses. So, if you're a CTL (I think this is very possible) or just a rep (like me), grow up. Get over it, or get some therapy. The jealous and juvenile "everyone has it better than me" is drama. Its very unattractive and amounts to nothing more than a "poor me" sense of entitlement. BTW...I feel lucky just to have a job in this horrible economy. If its so bad for you move on to another job or another region.

 

You should feel lucky, because no other pharma company will take you not even think of interviewing you! Your grammar repulses me and so be it if you want to enjoy what you have while it lasts!
