Oh it does exist, you can bet on that. I've seen it. Publicis is the lowest of the low.

I doubt it, this is why ,had new manager after 5 months ,couldn t stand him,a mutual feeling showed him open dis respect on the ride a longs and still got calls from recruiters for possible openings. So i would /should have been on that list.

It exists. I had an old manager for about 8 months. He hated me put me on the do not hire list. I had been with Publicis for about 8 years. Just got called for a open postion for a contract. Haven't heard back. Why? Cause the recruiter found out I was on the do not rehire list. Funny they believe a guy that only worked there for 8 months. I had a great reputation with all my managers and they believed that ahole.

There are over 1,200 people on this list. The recruiters have the list which is updated regularly. They pass it on to certain DM's they feel are their friends. This is such a low rent, fucked up place.

I would guess this list does exist. My boss and I had a discussion about a coworker who had moved on to other opportunities. After the fact it was proven they was not completely honest about their calls. My DM said he unfortunately had to tell his boss to put them on do not rehire list. He seemed serious and remorseful about it.

Fairly accurate post. Tells you a lot about Publicis doesn't it.

If this was true it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. If you are the recruiter from any of these contract companies I.E. Publicis,Novoquest,PDI. produce that list to any lawyer and it's your golden ticket to show discrimination. If you are the manager and see this list and agree with it, ask yourself why would I not hire this person? Unless you have violated some FDA guidline or broken some other law. Contract has worked with Pharma to destroy what was once a good way to make a living. Now it is simply, contract good for a year and re apply for the next job. One step below the Rep is the CSA position. Can you say paperboy or mail carrier. Not to fault the CSA but can you believe these people actually have managers as well. Waste to no end. As long as the pigs at the top stay fat who cares about what goes on down below. Do not rehire might as well say, Turn in your pride an grab your ankles because now you are about to get yours.

If such a list exists (and it probably does), it should be protected like the recipe for Coca-Cola or Kentucky Fried Chicken. Any idiot who dissemenates this list beyond a limited number of company HR people should be canned just on principle of being stupid.

And under no circumstances should it go outside the company.

Told by my manager who wouldn't hire someone from a previous contract in the territory that he had open that that person was on the list....yup, it exist.

I actually have the entire list on an Excel spreadsheet with names, addresses, contract worked, dates and the reason the rep should not be re-hired (black balled). If anyone has an idea on how I can post it (CP will not allow me post, I already tried) or email it anonymously I would be very happy to get this information out. PSS is a corrupt and dysfunctional company and it would be great to see those that composed this list to be held accountable.

I think it's terrible there is a do not rehire list. 9 times out of 10 it's the manager who is the problemmm. They can make any rep look bad.

I have a copy on the list on a Excell spreadsheet listing name, location, reason for "don not rehire" and contract. I'd be happy to pass it along if someone has an idea on how to do so.
