Good little niche company with some ok products, and very unreal expectations.

    This company sucks.

The products are not bad, their well priced, clinicians and staff like them. Add cost to cases but do provide solid clinical value.

But the company sucks to work for in sales. Expectations are terrible, direction is horrible and they love to kick peoples asses out of there quick.

I have been here for 5 years and I have seen more senior sales reps get fired than we have ever had people make plan.

The pay range is amazing. In fact, the range between what they say in the interview you can make and what you actually wind up taking home will blow your mind.

Hello. I have interviewed for a position with USE in Memphis. Can anyone give realistic expectations regarding salary, commissions, and how the company sets quotas. I asked these questions, but want to see if confidential answers on here match up with what I was told. Also, do you feel threatened with the Steris buyout for your job or do you think that you are on stable ground as long as you perform?

Thanks, in advance, for any helpful answers.

I am also looking for a new job and came to this board looking to learn more about USE. Although I haven't interviewed yet I had intended to post a question similar to the above. However, the fact that the above person did not get a single response to their question after three months and thousands of views tells me everything I need to know about the culture of USE. God Bless All of You.

Thank you for the blessings. You and your high horse are welcome to ride on into the sunset. Actually you do need to know more about the culture of USE. You need to know why and in what way the culture at USE is bad. All of us in sales are not the problem. Sure some people who read that post could not be bothered. But there are many who have bills to pay and fear any involvement on this board will get them fired. Others have commented that the post was probably fake. Probably the majority of us though could not in good conscience encourage anybody to join this company at this time. Over the past couple years the CEO and VP sales have run the company off the rails. Personal interest over all else is their policy. We see them for what they are - POS hypocrites.
