Really? What courage you must have to post a jab like that. If you are not happy with Tornier, then move on....

None of us are happy, Terry. What are your sales results going to be when we all move on. Sleep well my friend.

To say that Terry is responsible for where Nuvasive and Tornier are today is giving Napolean way too much credit. He's a pawn, to show shareholders "look things are changing" and is the nature of becoming a publicly held company...every company has one.
Blame the people that brought the Regional VP from a spine company to run an entire extremity company.

Not to mention slash the managers and reps who actually drive sales, marketing, education to save money but spend 120MM for orthohelix + cost of moving facilities to MN..CO gone, CEO gone, managers and directors gone, severances, lawsuits, plus 20 new field reps x 100k each plus bennefits? all in one year?
Where does a PUBLIC company get money to pay for this kind of dilution?

The dysfunction with this bunch is too painful to watch.

It's clear from the days DK, AJ and this Rich guy that the sales force is always to blame. Now that they are all or will soon be all direct employees that are "owned" all this will be great,,,hats and horns all around.

Like in Shakespeare, "first we have to kill all the lawyers",,,Tornier management is saying, "first we gotta get all this agents to sign the contract so we can sell this hound dog".

30 pages of indentured servitude which may changed at Tornier's "discretion",,,,

If only these greedy bastards had left the sales force alone and focused on shoulder arthroplasty they would have owned the market....instead they have a warehouse full of Coverloc.

    Dumb fucks

Look at Q4 report. Back out Orthohelix sales and we were flat. They had to spend $135M just to continue to "grow", by the OH $8M in Q4.

Hey Terry "Little Napoleon", did you notice all those private meetings between distributors behind your back last week in Chicago? Wonder what we were planning??? Do you think we are stupid?

Companies fall apart when there is no trust. Then they fail. This game is over.

Giving the Salto to the "Orthohelix Bunionectomy" half of our sales force will insure we lose most of our Ankle Replacement business to Zimmer's new ankle which is serious competition and a huge threat. Our podiatry sales force who sit through $200 compression screw cases with loser podiatrists will eat shit during a total ankle. There goes more business down the tube. Beautiful, Terry. Just beautiful. Dumb shit.

Terry, the stock is at 15.84. Why don't you stop trying to replace those around you and realize that your biggest problem is that absolutely no one trusts you or cares anymore. Get your shit together. You will be replaced if we do not see an improvement as shareholders.

Terry needs to go already. Skalski should get his job. Ron gets it, has 30 years ortho experience and is the field daily not behind some desk. I hope he gets promoted before it’s too late.
