Constant firings - emails at 8PM asking for a report due by 7AM the next day. Underpaid - No work life balance - Ultimate micromanagement - and Management wonders why people leave. Hope I can find another job soon

It starts from the top - poor leadership

Not much support for or of team members. Not much promotion within. Execs care only about themselves. Imagine things like being hired 5 or 10 years ago and still getting the same car allowance, while others newly hired get much more then you. Same goes for salaries of those doing the same roles. No retirement plan for team members, but Execs with stock options rake in the busks. Things like this do not build good team. Constant change with unrealistic expectations too. Leadership does not communicate (or listen) to those doing a particular job. It seems to be a check off the box mentality rather then doing the right thing and working as a true team. Alliance has lost many good people, many with management qualities, due to leadership seeming to have their head in the sand.

What types of job opportunities are there for ex-Alliance reps?

A number of former Account Executives are now in either Pharma or Medical Device. Heard that the former AE in the West has a way better and high paying job. Jumped ship after a few months working for AI

A recruiter just called me about an account management role with a base of 90 with another 90 to,plan. Is this realistic? I'll I'd be doing is resigning customers. Sounds too good to be true.

The Account management role is different than Account Executive. An Account Development Director's main function is to keep customers. Hard to do when Alliance is much higher priced than the competition. Way too top heavy as an organization, trickles down to pricing for customers.....
