It doesn't matter to many accounts that this line is being sold at Nordstrom. ZO is having an impact in my territory and in some pretty big accounts.
ZO has a Medical line that is NOT sold at Nordie's. SM from time to time can be found at COSTCO for 1/2 of suggested retail. Nordie's does not discount.
ZO is smart! Get awareness at the retail level and then launch to old friends once the law suits are over. ZO and mybody will replace SM and Obagi as the market leaders.
I've used ZO since it came out and have double the results of the crap I bought from my dermatologists office. Your products cost way too much for the very little results I got.
