Worse, a guy who has no problem firing people who have worked their tails off for the company for 10+ years.

What happens when the majority of this reps business leaves? We're not talking about a couple hundred specimens a week but much more than that.

 

No one in Sales has been at AIT for 10+ years. Only a handful (maybe 5-6) of 10+ year employees are left in the entire company.

That's not to say you aren't right though. Many 10+ year employees have been fired over the past 1-2 years.

You're correct, EW was 10+ years and let go. That's where the last part of the above statement applies.

 

EW is a good guy! Did forensic's actually bring in any money, enough to support his salary and travel?

The longest tenured in sales are CS and KM.

 

AMM left today, the saga continues. SL spends more time on this website ranting about those who have left and trying to defend absurd personnel actions than he does studying how to manage a sales force. What a joke(r).

 

Ah man. I liked AMM. She was a good one. So was CM. Sad.

 

When does SL leave?

 

Why does everyone say SL is on here all the time? Do any current AIT employees still get on this site?

 

Yeah Scott, current employees are on here all the time, walk down the hall and start looking over our shoulders.

 

Present! Thought, I'm outta here as soon as I can find something better, which should be soon!

 

I think SL's spouse would quit too!

 

And, FORMER employees who are VERY happy and thankful to be off that sinking ship!! Hope the others get lucky soon.
