You made my point for me. You're correct. She did execute....the WRONG strategy. The CEO is responsible for the strategy. She created an unsustainable business model and overextended the operations, because that is all she knows how to do...operations. She was not, and never will be, CEO material.

As the CEO she was responsible for this mess we are in now.

WHO is responsible for the ONGOING situation?

Made your point? How about: Quadrupled revenue while increasing EBITDA from -2% to 15%.

Achieved dramatic growth by evolving from a regional, hematopathology service to a national, full service, cancer laboratory.???

Sounds like a very positive thing she did here, but you conveniently ignore this. And where was the owner and 'shareholders' while she wad doing all the bad things you so strongly disapprove of? Was she a dictator with a whip who had the owner and 'shareholders' cowering in the corner? Did no one oppose her wrong-headed schemes? Why not?

The answer is clear. Ron is anywhere ready for a big-boy enterprise. He should be selling used camels. And you should get over your good-ol'-boy misogyngy. You are trying to turn her into another George Bush the Second who will be eternally blamed for everything that EVER goes wrong.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

All is quiet in the land. Does this mean CSI has weathered the storm or are they bracing for impact?

The man has put fear in the hearts of the faint so who can tell what is what?

Completely mismanaged from RG to MM to TP and AG. If the goal was to weather the storms, it looks like George Clooney had more success in the Perfect Storm. I find it interesting that RG constantly reminds everyone how evil and corrupt Neo is, but the last time I checked their stock was NASDAQ listed above $4/share with a market cap of >$200m.

Lest you all forget, CSI went "national" only 18 months after Neo did. RG should have bought that stock vs. trying to run the mess he created in Goergia. So much for the Biggest and Best lab in the country vision.

So . . . I was thinking about applying for a position at CSI. What the heck is going on there? Should I move forward or stay in the miserable place that I am now?

Why trade one miserable place for another miserable place? I guess it is just a matter of degree, but then the devil that you know...

Funny how he knocks Neo. You're right, their stock is moving up--slowly--but moving. He is just jealous.

RG is the little train that couldn't. His arrogance and hideous treatment of others derailed him. Karma is a bitch. I hear HC is doing quite well. Good for her and too bad aargie.

Now we are all going to have to pay the price for RG's arrogance and incompetence. Sorry Mr. Big Stuff, maybe you'll have to use a parasail instead of a private jet.

    How is volume??

According to da boss, the issue is not volume. He says costs simply outstrip reimbursements. End of story.
