Interviewed for Orange County Position

So I interviewed for the open position in Orange County. I know the previous rep and he never had anything bad to say about the manager. I would love to hear truthful and useful comments about her and the company. I am with a company with a much better pipeline. Things look weak on the Millennium side. What do you all think? Honesty PLEASE!

Honestly; stay away from MLN West. Our area director is a narcissist, if your female he will hound you like a drug sniffing dog, until you give in or give up. Above average company built around sub par good ol boys who follow each other around the pharma industry, while promoting each other along the way. A Real classy group of underachievers. Turn around and runnnnnn!

 

Plus to compound your issues even more your HSM will be HB.

She is one of P.S. flying monkeys, look around the West Area, it's full of knee droppers who take it all,, to be in his good graces!!!

 

good ol boys network it is at Millennium. also agree on a weak pipeline, don't know if we need HSMs for one drug its just too much

 

well our RD pampers HSM's in his area...has separate meetings, thinks their jobs are more valuable. While the OSS's are the ones that are selling to the docs. the RD needs a wake up call he needs to stop the special treatment

 

you're buying into the biggest dog & pony show of all time. There is absolutely no difference between an OSS-HSM. Do you for one minute think our customers see a difference? The last time I checked we all have the same message and same tools. The only person who thinks there is a difference is the little man from the west, who sits in a chair under several phone books so that he can see over the coca cola can in front of him. Seriously, what can an HSM do that couldn't be handled by an OSS? That my friend is a question worth $ 64,0000..

its not just the west area RD the south one does the same too. Treating HSm's as they know more, we all know who sells.
