And Nero (SL) plays the fiddle while Rome (AIT) burns to the ground, ashes are all that is left. Thank you Board of Directors for bringing this disaster to us, I can't wait to get out of here.

What are the biggest problems if they can be listed? What is mgmt. doing or not doing? Just curious.

It is too late to list the things that are wrong. Too bad you didn't listen to the employees and you chose to listen to the bank idiot and SL. If you really want to know, ask who is left. However, they probably won't say anything because they know they will get fired. That is clearly proven!

    1. Placement of sales reps or whatever you call us now; dissolving territories that were producing revenue...from SL's heat map
    2. Unattainable quotas form SL's heat map...
    3. Not getting paid because not producing what SL's heat map says.
    4. Promises broken
    5. Firing quality employees because they didnt fit into SL's heat map or didnt play BB's game.
    6. Lack of managements trust in their employees
    7. Hires/promotions that make no sense because of ass kissing.
    8. Managed care coverage
    9. Lies, lies lies...
    10. Running off great employees without trying to keep them
    11. Politics!!!
    12. SL's heat map when he doesn't understand reimbursement and the industry.

    Just to name a few.

These are only from the current regime! How much more could be listed from EO, Doc and RT eras?

Well, the difference between those regimes is that the one you mentioned saw us getting bonus checks, hiring people, retaining great talent and making the best places to work list a couple years in a row.

Yeah, I'll take the old regime any day!

Amen!!! It used to be a fun place to work. Once EO left it went downhill fast. However, if Doc had kept his nose out of things RT would have turned thins around. He couldnt do anything because Doc wouldnt allow it. Now we have a straight up moron trying to lead the sales team. SL is a blooming idiot! Plain and simple! He puts on a big show but has no clue once the show is over. Even though things were getting bad you can officially thank SL and BB for pulling the lever to the toilet. They have sunk the ship. Thanks a#%holes!

It's an alright place if you have the right job. Some are more secure than others. All of us are expendable though.

I think people quickly forget that those "regimes" played a big part in putting this company in the position it is today (at the bottom).

Since you don't get numbers, how do you measure yourself against other AE's?

    By height?

The best way of measurement would be how quickly you can get out of this place! Last one out, turn out the lights.

I keep seeing the posts but they stay open and I wonder how are they still open?

Because the truth is somewhere better than what is portrayed by the posters here.

AIT is not for sale, not going bankrupt, etc. But believe me, it ain't all sunshine and buttercups.

AIT is suffering from some bad business decisions in the past. The ship is in process of being turned around now.
