You are full of scat and are a pathetic excuse of a person, are sick, and demented. May you rot in your miserable existence of a life trying to scare other people.

Great, is the iPad our departure gift? Oh, and the week of home study too? Was that a cover up for T.O.T. to interview elsewhere?
GET A LIFE OP!! What are you trying to accomplish?? Stir the pot! You have nothing better to do!

Laurie Olsen spells out our end as well. The M.O. is keep the idiots busy until we Pfire them at Xmas. Kristen has been MIA, as usual. Enjoy primary care to the few remaining survivors.

Or, maybe she was doing us a favor and just being honest. Thin code to say prepare.

Why not add Sarin antidote Injectibles to the checklist of IS things to do before year's end?

Wow, you Pfizer people are such nice individuals; your offices must be delighted to see such people so filled with venom, as you bring your hateful spirits to their lobbies filled with the sick.

Any of us has a good chance of getting cancer, and while I hope you, the cancer-wishing poster, never gets cancer, you will remember this post if you, or someone you loves contracts that disease.

I won't be checking for your response, so whatever it will be, it is lost on deaf ears. Just remember your response when you are going through chemotherapy.

Interesting lines in the Update on New Organization letter we received yesterday:

"We have agreed to keep existing field forces intact wherever it makes sense. This means that the products a sales representative carries today will for the most part not change despite the fact that certain patent-protected products are moving to the Value business"...

So, to me it means STOP the negative hysteria, lies, scary speculations and negative conjecture...

But here's mine anyway: I think we're good for 2014. No changes (at least not big ones) to the field force, including those heading to Value.

IS, challenging and frustrating as the job can be sometimes, does still make sense. Sales of Zyv would take a nose dive and the others would simply NEVER get off the ground without people in those accounts, seeing those docs and constantly following up. No other way right now.

Keep telling yourself that ITS ALL YOU selling your expensive products in the hospital, and not the formulary status or protocol placement that plays the biggest impact on utilization.
