    The shame of this company is Dr. Bell's invention and legacy deserved better than the leadership of this company gave.

    what kind of comp package do reps get here? any job stability?

    What happened to the National Director of Sales? Can we possibly get someone that has experience in wound care? Is that too much to ask for?

    I had interviewed with them about a month ago. A good comp package. The top 1/2 of reps make great $ and apparently pretty tenured

    Why has this company not run off with the market they are in? Bovine is strong and I am guessing that their competitors ruined that market run they had with their abusive billing and use in the outpatient? I am confused about the why's because it appears the product is superior. Must be larger issues than appear from the outside.
    Whats the issue? Corporate or lack thereof? Firing people is not an answer unless they have had total incompetence directing the efforts.

    i am trying to break into this company without any sales experience, i am a nurse with a masters. Hard worker. Anyone know of a recruiter than can help me???

    Sell copiers for a couple of years because device companies don't care about practical healthcare training and experience - it's all about sales and whether or not you have the chops and they won't know unless you have proven documented sales success.

    Well does it really matter, they will never buy/use TEI anyway - there are companies much larger than TEI that have better marketing like Baxter.

    If only we could find a great marketer like Leon Narem - now there was a Jem!!

    I think they should just match our expense report with our call report,
    wouldn't that make sense?

    What reports? Paperwork here is very light compared to the big companies. And quota? Really? Expectations are very reasonable. Try working for a big box company, you will be crying to come back. Do your job and quit complaining...or go work for a real gem like CONvatec, S&N, Moln...then you will know real pain.
