The shareholders are out. MGMT did an expert job of screwing them over when they lied in AUg about funding the the operation for 12 months but filing bankruptcy 2 months later. But you gotta give them credit - if they can manipulate and deceive without somehow crossing legal lines, thats some mad skillz. Of course, there no reason to assume that ever want to put it to constructive use.
