    The company has a ton of upside. The science is far better than Oncotype and now that FFPE has been approved it is just a matter of time before Agendia becomes the market leader. They pay for performance but many reps are not hitting their numbers yet. 2012 should be a far better year than 2011.

    Good science with poor upper management. Let's see first they put a comp plan out then two weeks before the end of the Quarter they pull a large chunk of the comp plan back. "Sorry we F***ed up, suck it up". Then they raised 2nd half quotas two weeks before the start of Q3. "sorry we f***ed up again, suck it up" The EVP is an idiot, falls asleep in interviews and in front of doctors, flies by the seat of his pants, spends more time shopping for clothes on line, and can't remember what he did yesterday. The CEO looks like Jobba the Hut and balmes everything on sales yet drives no accountability with the internal lab and customer support operations who constantly foul up to lose business. The CFO is constantly replaced. And the accounting staff are neo nazi, bitter, old hags who are not professional in any way. Stay away!

    Soooo True! It's really a shame because I enjoy the challenge but in no way can upper management be trusted. They appear to be out for themselves and are quick to throw others under the bus to hide their own ineptitude. If you want to join a company in which you can be put on a PIP in 3 -6 months if you are not 200% to goal then go for it. There is lots of talk of big commission opportunity and no walk to back it up.

    tb is now a manager there. That's the kiss of death for any organization. An all foam, no beer type of guy. Check out the charred remains of the companies he was at.

    This is a new rumor floating that Medicare has gotten wind that Agendia through a program called "lock and load" is double billing insurance for genomic test results. Medicare probably considers this fraudulant and thus will seek reimbursement on any tests run to date, impose fines, and possibly stop paying for MP altogether.

    This company is recruiting like crazy in my area. Recruiters talking 225k at plan with some reps making 330k.. Whats the deal? Is this true? Is this company worth looking Into?

    Reps are not making that kind of money. One rep out of 30 does well. The goals are unattainable thus you can't make plan. Plus if you are missing goal after 60 days you are at risk of being put on a plan. Management is plan happy. They are recruiting becasue they are blowing people out. It's a revolving door culture. The VP of sales is an ass who never field travels thus doesn't know what happens in the market. Even with FFPE they are still not making a dent against GHI. Agendia gets GHI's scraps. It is a bad culture so be careful

    Any current reps for Agendia that can give me some insight into the culture of this company? Is there a lot of rep turnover? Are doctors happy with Symphony? How are the benefits? Thanks for the help!

    Whatever you do stay very far away from this company. MW the EVP is a known douchebag everywhere he goes. Look at his wonderful work while at Oncotech. In regards to pay, some of the other posters nailed it. They reworked the comp plan after the first two quarters were blown out, which could have prorated to a total of 250k, however now it's impossible. There is so much turnover that the customers stop giving a crap about the science because it is always someone new to the game. Senior management is loaded with no talent ass clowns. Agendia cash influx from VC is chewed up, look for this place to close shop especially when Medicare comes a calling.

    MW has done a great job here at Agendia. Don't blame him for Oncotech's lack of sales. The sales department was greatly overpaid and never hit their projections.

    So, has things gotten better at Agendia??? Tell me what is the base salary range, average monthly bonuses, do they have fleet vehicles or pay for use of personnel vehicles and if so, how much. What are their strengths in their market and if they have good health coverage for their test?

    Clueless leadership with Peter and Bob. The perfect storm, a bad combination of ignorance and arrogance. When there is not a single member of the upper management team with a single day of experience in the oncology space, how can they lead? I just started here less than a year ago, and I regret it every day.

    Why have all the top reps left this company in the past six months? What is going on? What is wrong with this company?
