    Cartesian medical fraud in medically unnecessary over-billing, over-testing, over-charging and professional harassment have to be investigated by US government.

    Why are you complaining on this site? Why not report them to the federal government? Many employees past and present will confirm these claims. Many would add promotion of unvalidated testing aka HER2, medicare fraud aka patient friendly billing, numerous violations of anti kickback buying offices gifts, etc.....

    I hate to work here.Everything changed.This department (client services) is going down.
    Our relation with our couriers was like a family, now is a joke. We are told to lie
    to people that served us for 10 years.

    Whistle blowers in Genoptix and Cartesian Group have been violently retaliated through fabrications. Those who have done medical fraud try all means to cover up their defaults.

    Listen, you need a sales job. Just ask beanhead aka Brian to hook you up. That way instead of worrying about who is doing what you just need to concentrate on doing the least to get by. I have a personal goal of working less this current week than the week before.

    It is hard to watch and not say anything. I can hide and collect a paycheck, ML is too stupid to catch me. They are running this department to ground.

    You are right. When I mentioned why use this vendor verses the one that is better, I felt something is wrong here.

    Don't be so naïve. Genoptix corporate lawyers are paid to defend Cartesian medical group "legal?" and unethical medical practice misconducts, overbilling for medical unnecessary tests for corporate profits, labor and professional harassments. If you report to legal departments, the first thing to assess is to see if it has any damage to the company, if there is way to cover it up, then cover up executives (if they still want to use that executive), as if it never happens. Then since you are the whistle blower, you will be soon be retaliated through fabrications and harassments, and you will be forced out and evicted. This is happened to numerous pathologists and employees in Genoptix. See if you have enough money and resources to face off corporate lawyers and gigantic company on your own.

    Pathologist termination

    Over the past 8 years, almost every pathologist's termination has been like this: He/She was assigned cases the previous day, as if they were regularly working. Then at 9 am, they were told they have been terminated employment. They were given two month's salary due to 60 days prior notice in contract. By taking this money, they were required not to file lawsuit against Cartesian, not to give any evidence against Cartesian to outside sources. By 9:30 am, they have been escorted by HR out of the company property. All emails and phones have been cut off, and all files have been blocked. Those pathology cases were then assigned to other pathologists who are still working in the company. Pathologists still in the company feel fortunate that they still have a job.
