Now that the transition from Santarus to Salix has been complete for going on five months now, what are the thoughts of those that were not retained vs those that were transferred over to Salix? The horror stories keep pouring in about all the micromanaging taking place at Salix. Rumor has it that over 30% of those retained by Salix have already quit. Is that accurate?
Hopefully more quit- not many of the Santuarus folks are up to par. Good people but just not a good fit in a performance based company.
