Company is a shit storm. Paying back KC in cash is a 1980's Leverage buy out type of a deal healthcare will have heavy debt. No new products for a long time…..

You just keep telling everyone that they're wrong, but offer no alternative explanations. What's you're perspective then?

Wrong, really? Then how would I know about all the problems going on with the suctioning port on the subglottic et tube. Shall I continue if you still don't believe I am in the medical device sector? RT product line including Bal cath, etc.

Oh yeah? And what problems are those?

I'll tell ya what the problem is, the entire product line is a piece of garbage. Old products. Nothing new for a while now.

I have a buddy in med. device and he says that there are no problems with the et tube. Nice try, bro.

It is well know that a former RM who was fired for being a dipshit and now works for a competitor is responsible for 99% of the negative posts on here.

Most of the stuff that is said on here is utter bullshit.

Why are all the folks at the main KC campus calling the Halyard Health headquarters the "Bermuda Triangle"??????????????????????????

Because when you're down there, you're more likely to find the remains of Malaysian flight 370 than a decent job.

Now the trolls are answering their own questions and making jokes.

    Lame.

    Wrong.

I know this for fact because I answered the question, but I wasn't the guy who asked it. You're right about one thing, though. This thread is troll city. I just spent 5 minutes reading the entire thread. It's all f****d up.

No, the article said KC not Halyard would gain from the spinoff. KC gets rid of a old, stale medical portfolio, will not have to pay the medical device tax and will take a charge down for the spinoff. No good for HH as KC cuts the umbilical cord. Kiss your ass goodbye.

Ok yeah, but they're not just gonna let Halyard spiral down to earth ablaze. They'll still need us just as much as we were needed before, perhaps even more now that we'll need to build anew brand. I don't understand why you think they're just going to hack and slash the sales force like a bad crop.

I guess showing Fred Maust the door is a small indicator!

Wrong, this is the "Big Con"! Kuchta and Maust retire from KC, get their pensions and then hire back on with Halyard at a salary higher than they had at KC. Is there no shame with the "empty suits" that take up space in management??

Wonder why Cafepharma does not replace Kimberley-Clark with Halyard Health?? Probably because HYH will not be around a long enough to be relevant!!
