Looking for some veteran Sales & Marketing perspective on an interesting product challenge. Without belaboring the details, I have a piece of capital equipment (and disposables) designed for a Physician Office Specialty that can generate huge patient flow and reimbursement growth for a Doc who knows how to manage his office well. This procedure is also less invasive for a patient, but a little more to manage for the staff (particularly timing patient testing and prepping). Staying on the right side of the law, does anyone have great ideas on ways to "reward" or "win over" the PO staff? Educational dinners? Night out? iPads loaded with whitepapers? Seems everyone's a winner but them. Need a creative way to give them some skin in the game. Thanks in anticipation.
I used to schedule appoints with the office manager and staff-forget the Dr. Build those relationships and the Dr. out of curiosity usually stumbles upon you. But, sincerly get to know them and take them to lunches etc., seeking their input and buy in. It will come.
