Who will buy CSI?

Confirmed. There will be a town hall mtg announced later today to be held tomorrow. NEO is the buyer. Price of $58M from combined cash, stock and deferred payouts.

 

Neo is temporarily in the lead, with LabCorp waiting to swoop in with a last minute offer too good for Ron and Larry to refuse. Don't believe it? Ask Quest how they lost their chance to buy Genzyme Genetics. LabCorp pushed 923 million onto the table before Quest could sign the deal.

Whoever the mystery company was decided not to go through with the CSI deal. Was it Neo, as was speculates on the boards? Guess we will never know. Maybe another company will put in a bid.

 

Whoever it was obviously came to their senses. Who would want to buy CSI?

 

Even though I work in the lab, I know that CSI makes money. The billing dept puts how much money that comes in every month on a board that can be seen by anyone that goes in that area. CSI brings in 2 million or more per month, so i guess i can understand why another company would want that income

Sad cause Dr. H is great.. Hopefully the investment will find him what he needs.
