    Phase one:
In January the managers finally manage their "total dirt"
Managers also have initially manage the two teams Orals and Injectibles

    Phase two:
Ramp up Injectibles training to ensure this team is well recognized for all three products. Pen, Byetta, Symlin.

    Phase three:
Represent the diabetes divisions as two separate business budgeting units

    Phase four:
Present the Injectibles business as a stable unified unit of AZ in preparation to market the division for spinoff to other prospective suitors for acquisition.

Final Phase: congregate primary care division and Diabetes division at the end of Crestor as one solid Diabetes Division 2016

Interesting company would split injectables and Orals.
This will create a culture of competition within our own sales force. I guess diabetes as one sales force is so 2014. Let the counter detailing begin

Your managers (and managers to be as of Jan 1) already know who is assigned to them and what their territories and districts look like. If they say otherwise, they're lying.

Strange product mix if that is true about injectable sales force. Especially if they keep the ESS structure and have the injectable people selling only to IM and PCP. Symlin? I was Amylin and I can tell you, that is not a primary care drug. Most endos either don't know what the hormone amylin is or they don't believe it is real so forget about primary care. Besides that it's indicated for people on basal bolus who are managed by endos for the most part anyway. The product became largely irrelevant after Byetta was launched. BID Byetta is now irrelevant in the GLP1ra market. Clusterfuck

Some absolutely were told Monday about their new geography, but depends on cbd discretion, not that it really matters anyway. I mean, is Monday too late to know if you have another manager, and what "new" district will be called? we have no control over this as managers. We were told to call whomever will be our team on Monday. It'll come soon enough. Heck, we're in the same predicament as you guys.we may be getting new managers too!

Yeah, imagine that. A DM sitting at a Florida meeting reading cp. Either hasn't checked his/her company email for a few days, or is just not up to date with the information everyone else already has.

Good question. Thinking that it will mirror current setup. Like ds1&3 injectable. Will know for certain on Friday call.
