EXAS has a long way to go before they bring in decent $. I see them offering reps stock options that you can't exercise for a long time as one of big hooks to get people to stay. I would not count on much more.
They have direct hires from Exact maybe 25 nationwide doing hospitals it is not the main focus. The main focus is the PCP office market which is vital to Exact to get anywhere. If you want a job that is PCP office calls all the time this is it.
Primary care always pays bottom $ in terms of reps making $. They can't even get residents to do Primary Care since they know it does not pay well compared to everything except maybe Peds.
