I heard that he lied about putting people on Pre-PIPS and then lied on a National call that there were no such thing as a Pre-PIP.....Then one of the people who was on this Pre-PIP emailed it (The non existent Pre-PIP) to upper management and HR! Chris, you dumb ass! Did you really think that being a lying bully would prevent someone from having the guts to show management what an animal you really are! THANK GOD Serono woke up and fired CB! Serono is dam lucky they don't have any discrimination and harassment suits against them for CB's actions for YEARS and YEARS!!!!!

What would you do if you were "let go" by Chris and your numbers were great but you know he discriminated you because you challenged him? He is a complete ass and hope he gets what he deserves! What do you really think he does to reps? Bully? Push out? Tell me details!

 

Add me to the list of people that were pushed out by this guy for simply asking questions that every rep wanted answered. This guy is in the process of ruining Greer. Greer is trying to hire an additional 40 people and he is also flat out lying to all the new hires about compensation.

 

There is a way to handle the "Chris Blanc's" of the world. He manages by fear and you need to put the fear in him that you will attempt to get him fired if he doesn't leave you alone.

 

File a complaint with the government for discrimination. That will make the company he is working for now go wow what did we do! He is going to bring that company down, just like he did here. New hires at Greer, be very careful what you say around him. He will fire you for no reason. Karma will catch up to him at some point
