It is more like an incestuous cesspool. Watch out. If you are not one of the crew then you have no chance at getting ahead. Be clear on this. You will see people getting promoted who lack leadership skills or any achievement and others whacked because they threaten those who cant lead but are peotected. Yes, its both a frat and an inbred company. Next time you meet someone from Exact ask them how they got their job. Creepy.

this is very true... and the latter statement is most likely made by the one EXAS lover on CP who has made statements like a night at the POA in Arizona was one of the "best nights of her life," and that he/she is "Changing the world," at EXAS. Really??? I actually legit felt sorry for the loser if the best night comment was true. These are the kool aid drinking idiots that EXAS has hired to sell a pretty good diagnostic product and it's been hard to watch by someone who's been here from the start.

This place is pure crap. Slurp it up! You are being played and not paid. This place is a deadend low paying job...forget a career here. Managers cant lead and are interested in only one thing. Numbers at ALL costs. Way to drive.........turnover.

 

Since when was $70k base and $105 at plan a low paying job? I just don't understand all the money trolls on here. What figure do you think is acceptable?
