I have bench experience with microfluidics and other assays relevant to the instrument that is to be sold. However, I dont have sales experience. Would that be a disqualifier? Has anyone else applied to this position? If so I assume you have pretty good sales experience.

What is the day to day life like at PerkinElmer as a field rep? Is this a good place to be right now or are they just offering nice salaries to try and draw really good reps from other companies?
i recommend reaching out to ex-perkinelmer sales reps 75% to 90 % left and joined Progenity et prenatal testing labs, Cord blood registry, check with competitors, linked in etc GOOD LUCK you will need it!
Wow, 90% of the reps left, thats quite a change. That would mean if there were 40 reps that 36 of them left which is clearly not the case. I'm guessing you are just one who is bitter your services are no longer wanted here.
