Thinking about taking a job with Bellevue. What is their adjudication rate? and what is ASP? I hear could be as high as 3k for pain and 10k for scar but also as low as 600 or 700. I know insurance carriers are cutting back on covering these so not sure if good move or not.

I am obviously very late to respond to you and I anticipate that one guy screaming about "lies" and accusing me of "trolling" so let me just say now this will NOT be bullshit and yes, since recently becoming a Distributor, I am always enthusiastically recruiting proven talent like you. If that makes me some sort of "Chat Room Stalker" then so be it... Guilty as charged, now let's make some $$$! If you are still open to moving your business (you are welcome to running "trial period" if it would ease any risk anxiety. We have an outstanding a pharmacy servicing your area (& the entire country) quite well. We have close to 50 customers svc reps that also "scrub" Rx's for adjudication. Imagine will gladly pay you 30% on the business you mention here. Our overall adjudication rate is just shy of 60% at present with the pain patches closer to 70% and scar creams at about 40%. Nice Mkting materials, generous cash price list so no pts left out & we'll customize your Rx Pads, etc, etc. Nice sales tracking system usually current on a daily basis. We also offer a wide range of Genetic Testing panels & Toxicology. 20% on both. Furthermore, depending on your sales exp, I have hardware/biologics Distributorship that we can discuss you selling. Again, if it sounds too good, then run a trial. Don't want to post phone # here for some of these very angry people to have fun with... Please let me know if interested and we will figure a way to connect live. Best wishes on continued success regardless. CHeers

    Hope to hear from you.

Actually our sales have never been higher! In fact sicne we left the pharamcy we were with at the first of the year our sales have exploded!
Our pharmacy is PCAB accreditted and has been in business for over 118 years. We did leave one pharmacy when they started putting so many limitations on our scripts compared to the competition and were not offering the broad range of products that we needed. Some reps move constantly as they think the paster is always greener on the other side until they find out it is because it has been fertilized by tons of BS.
Business is till going GREAT for us.

Actually, give us a try. Been in business 57 years and have 14 pharmacies. Our adjudication rate is close to 80% and we will pay you 45% commission. We have the whole enchilada Tox, DNA, injections, biologics and a proprietary cream being covered which no one else has. Leave contact info if interested.

Bellevue changing comp plan Jan. 1. And cutting commissions due to compounds not being covered. Many reps floating their resume before this takes effect. It's been good but now pathetic coverage. I'm looking to get out of compounding

I bet all the Bellevue reps now wish they were with a pharmacy last year that paid them 20-25% on each of the 2-3K scripts. Would've had a nice bankroll. I heard stories of reps generating 2-400 scripts per month and only making 30k/month instead of 80-100k/month. Managers did a great job making their reps believe they were the only ones doing it the right way and to stay. i bet many reps feel foolish now.

We didn't have any 2-3k scripts because they capped ours at about $900. We are not greedy and will be the last ones standing. We may make 70% less than other compound reps but at least we will still be here in 5 years.

Is it true that reimbursments for "in network" compounders max out at $300/script from Express Scripts. I heard Bellevue is capped? This is devastating the industry.

So I'm interested in moving my book of business to one of the national pharmacies, and I'm considering Bellvue. This is merely based upon seeing some of their marketing material and hearing about their fulfillment. My question is, are they still paying a base + commission? And if so, can anyone give me specifics? I rarely run into the rep in my territory, and don't know anyone else to ask. I don't need specific info, just an honest ballpark estimate. Thank you

That would be a very foolish move, you will make about 50$ an order compared to several hundred at other large pharmacies. Plus, don't know how things will shake out as I heard they are being looked at for having numerous paid "speakers" Would be a very bad move

Tricare not paying a nickel now. So glad we listened to management telling us that Bellevue only billing $900 will come back in spades when everyone else will be shut down and bellevue will be only one standing because we don't overcharge. I think I probably lost at least 400k in commissions being reimbursed on $900 instead of 7-8K like everyone else.

Well...I think it's safe to say that its over. I hate the fact that I've been a slave for this company and barely made above average money in probably the most lucrative sales industry to date! I know compounding reps who have paid off their homes and retired with less business than I brought in. Now there's just no hope. It's done. I'm actually interviewing for pharma positions again, something I said I'd never do a year ago. I truly wish all of you at Bellevue the best! I hope you all move on to greener pastures. Please don't continue to buy into what management has been feeding us this whole time. Do what's best for you and your family, and never look back. Good luck to you all!

If you were sending in 100-200 good paying scripts /month during the good time and not making a mil/yr. You chose the wrong pharmacy to work for
