Not sure what you think you know, but you're wrong. As of today, TEI is still owned by TEI, both Bio and Med.

If we're so worthless, why would we be in discussion with a buyer, not to mention turning away other offers? Why do you care so much to be so nasty?

YM is big on loyalty but it's only one way... Integra has reached a deal to buy both brands... YM has only told a select few because he is not loyal to you however you must be loyal to him.. You owe him everything hahaha

Wrong again, in so many ways. Stinks like a troll in here. Try to let go of that bitterness...it will be healthier for you in the long run.

I'm not wrong! I have sat in that conference room enough to know what I'm talking about...but you tell yourself whatever makes you feel better. Good luck in next adventure with integra!

After the shareholders approve the deal. It should be next week. The paperwork is being sent to everyone in the next day or two.

You're welcome. Not sure about sales force cuts. I would start interviewing, just to be on the safe side.

The paperwork is in reference to shareholders deciding to vote in favor or to reject the offer from Integra.

Nothing is certain, even at this point.

Initial plan is to keep Bio going as a subsidiary. Medical might be more complicated with some overlapping territories.

Of course keeping your resume updated and looking to see what's out there is smart, but if you're a good rep, there's no need to panic.

Trolls can be scary, but that's because they have no life outside of the underside of a bridge.

I wish everyone the best of luck, whatever happens!

First thing done in a buyout is to get sales to sign non compete papers. If no offer is on the table, I wouldnt sign anything. They could literally have you sign, not make an offer, and keep you from selling against them. Be aware, be smart and be prepared.

That's true, and Integra is vicious enough to do that too. Get you to sign a non compete, eliminate your role, and you can't compete. I'm sure we'll have them in hand in the next two weeks. Be careful.
