So what's the feel regarding the move to Integra? Are you looking or excited about going to Integra? Thoughts?

All the field people, at least the top ones, already have offers from other companies. It all comes down to what Integra offers.

I'm holding multiple offers and I think others are as well, as for an offer from Integra, I don't think that's happening right away. Probably business as usual until they figure what they're doing and how to align.

80/20 The 20% that do 80% of sales will leave if uncertainty is left too long. Also, none will sign a non compete unless a solid offer is in hand. It would be stupid to limit future possibilities by signing anything without an offer in hand.

They don't need to make you an offer. As of today, you work for Integra. What your role is, or mine, or anyone else's will be determined.

It was a great run for the people that held their shares. The return was excellent. Good job by the former and current TEI employees. You earned your $.

Looks like someone got a free pass in 3rd grade reading comprehension. I clearly stated that we were in talks with a buyer. My point was that the deal had not been sealed, certainly at that point, and that the company wasn't hiding anything from the reps.

So now the merger agreement has been signed, but the closing could still fall through, although it's unlikely to do so. Notification of this information was sent out to all employees, including reps, immediately after signing.

    Now shoo, little troll.

The deal is going to be worth over $300M. YM is laughing at this board, on his daily ride to and from Weston.

props to the poster who was up at 8 am and on cafepharma. that's some serious commitment.

anyone know what the strategy/potential synergy is for Integra? i.e., what the hell are they going to do with a smaller competitor in the same challenging wound care space?

I've heard that Tissue Regenix has several new products coming out. They are paying better than the others even if it's a crowded space. They have some good people moving over there.
