I sent resume. Has anyone gotten call from recruiter? F2F started yet?

 

Interview scheduled for next week. I don't care what it is along as there is a car or car allowance. Anyone know which pertains to this field? Thanks.

 

They put gps on the cars, so if a car is what you're looking for, they'll know where you are and where you've been and will question you. This company does not respect their reps!

 

Something just is not right about this company.

 

I've been called several times - Princeton one -I guess they need candidates - he did not say base either ... Is this sublingual selling?

 

Serious replies from current reps, please. Company culture? Frequent PIPS? GPS on cars? Bonuses -- next to nothing like many other companies or consistent? Frequent ridealongs? POA frequency? Thank you.

 

401K for all salaried positions?

 

Please be warned.......401k isn't available the first six months, commission and bonuses is non existent and the vacation package is horrible. There is a small window where doctors can write oralair which is four months before grass allergy season and the rest of the year....ummmm yeah. Leaving this company was the best decision I ever made, CB is going to run the company into the ground. Good luck everyone!

Worst company ever. Do not consider. Please run if you have any respect for yourself. The will not pay or respect you. Good luck but hope it with another company. Do your research! A study came out in June on Slit for grass. Look at it and you will think twice before selling this product!

 

Why is Greer so convinced this product is going to be such a success??? Most offices have maybe two patients they think would be likely candidates but after the article that was just published, be lucky to get one.

WEDNESDAY, July 1, 2015 (HealthDay News) -- The benefit of sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) over placebo for seasonal grass pollen allergies is small, according to new research published online June 29 in JAMA Internal Medicine.

Gabriele Di Lorenzo, M.D., of the department of internal medicine at the University of Palermo in Italy, and colleagues looked at 25 clinical trials that evaluated the effectiveness of grass pollen sublingual tablets in reducing symptoms and the need for other allergy medications. Di Lorenzo told HealthDay that some previous trials overestimated the drugs' benefit because of the way differences between active medicine and placebo were calculated. For the new analysis, the researchers said the real difference was estimated correctly.

In the analysis, when SLIT was compared with placebo, symptom scores differed by just 1 point. Study participants could also take allergy medicine, such as antihistamines, and this is what mainly controlled symptoms, Di Lorenzo said. Adverse effects were reported by 61.3 percent of those in the SLIT group and 20.9 percent receiving placebo. Seven patients in the SLIT group reported treatment-related adverse events that required epinephrine.

"Findings show a small benefit of the grass pollen sublingual tablets in reducing symptoms and in decreasing the use of symptomatic medication (antihistamines and corticosteroids) in patients with seasonal allergic rhinoconjunctivitis," the authors write. "Considering the low magnitude of the benefit, the convenience and easy administration do not seem to be sufficient reasons for the choice of SLIT."

 

Every company thread looks like this. A bunch of disgruntled people bitching about what they don't like about the place. Don't base your career choice on someone who is pissed because they can't hit bonus. There is a very achievable bonus plan with great payouts IMO.

I agree, there are jaded people on every company board. This is a great place to be and the company is well respected in the field. Don't let anonymous complainers scare you away from a good opportunity.

 

After reading the Jama article how would you think this is s good thing? I've been called endlessly by recruiter - very unusual for them - so people must be saying no way....
