    run and run fast...this business model is ridiculous. we are being directed to commit inducement-fraud & abuse since ive been here there has been 3 ot 5 ways on billing. why are we always changing billing-oh yeah because we are not compliant. all other medical providers bill straight and don't have all these awkward scenarios. the root cause is trying to sell out of network and piles of unneeded testing. hmmm HDL
    we ruin the trust of patients and customers. at least my golf game is improving

    Solid sales contests announced today. I believe they along can make this slide temporary. Once you earn these bonuses, talk about the company's impending doom will be over.

    I received a term letter and we dont even send direct, only through LC. Tell Mr Ivey his letter is in the trash and your reps have zero chance of redirecting the work to Athero - we own OUR clients, they are not yours. And by the way, its only a matter of time before LC terms you guys. In the meantime, all VAP requests will be converted to NMR....say bye byes!

    More layoffs at the home office. Surely the BS meeting today will tell us that we have nothing to worry about. Nobody is safe.

    People sales are down because of poor messaging this has nothing to do with the new billing policy.

    Sales are down because the vap is not that big of deal and Atherotech is no longer tolerated in the market. We burned out bridges with customers, patients and payers. It's not brain surgery to understand we are peddling to whom ever will buy the panel with relatively no cost but that scam is over so the truth comes out ie. No one wants to use Atherotech.

    Just hope I can rebuild my reputation in my market after this joke of a company has screwed up everything I tried to do. Hiring managers with little or no actual lab experience is baffling. And the people in the home office shouldn't worry, they are so retarded they would certainly qualify for ADA protection if they were ever let go.

    The home office is staffed with rednecks and idiots hired from other failed company's. Not to forget the failed expansion in sales with over 40% turnover and the Thermo Fisher monkeys.

    To those of you bragging about your golf game, while you are out goofing off until something better comes along, there are people in the home office losing their job because of you. So before you go spouting off about how redneck they are, remember this...like you, they depend on their jobs to support their families, but if you don't get off your lazy ass and actually do what you were hired to do then there will be more. Stop all your whining about the TF guys and how the new billing policy is killing business. Make lemonade and do your job or quit already!!

    The reality is that those good ol boys wouldn't listen.they drove the company into the ground. Lack of strategic thinking and an understanding of the dynamics in today's market place. The key was maximizing value of proprietary testing but they wanted to be the fifth largest lab and compete with the big boys.MM was loyal to a fault and wouldn't dump his drinking buddies.So here we are. Pretty sad for a company with so much potential.

    It is very fundamental. We are not welcomed in the market. Payers, patients and customers no longer want to deal or work with us. We are done! Mark my word, we will continue to fall. To be accepted in the market you have to have clean access and services that are pleasing. We offer complete disruption with zero value.
