She was never "nice" she is a micromanaging narcissistic. I was so happy when they divided up the regions. It was my best day ever to finally get rid of her. How this company thinks she is an effective leader is beyond me. Unless you kiss her ass like JB in OC.

 

JB finally got found out for the little Nark he was- then he rode the bottom after it was discovered he didn't do shit. His master JH turned on him and now the poor rat is gone.
