You are completely useless. Todd is the only senior leader that actually knows our business and we like. He actually listens to us, the rest sit back and do nothing.

LOL..we did "segmentation" back in 2002 when I was with Pfizer. Same old washed up people projecting the same old washed up selling/marketing techniques but in a completely different selling environment/world.

I sure am glad all of these "GMs" were brought on board. Good use of company money!!

Acthar is a good drug that deserves better. At the price it is sold (40,000 a vial) there is plenty of room to give modest percentage to get on contact with payers. The reluctance to do so is pure greed. No matter if a rep has convinced a doctor to use the drug, the patient wants the drug, if plans will not cover it the vials do not ship. period. reps, doctors and patients are helpless to get the drug approved. failure of management to acknowledge the facts is killing this brand across all indications. Greed pure and simple.

Honesty, ha!, your selling a drug for a 5 day course of therapy which has no FDA approval and your sales rep bribe doctors on a daily basis... A majority of people, sales people and regional managers should be in jail... Since were being honest..

Obviously you know nothing about the drug. 19 approved indications overall and steroids and Acthar are the ONLY FDA approved medications for MS relapses. Do your homework before making a stupid statement like that.

You must be a mental patient. Not only are you wrong about the FDA (19 indications), the bribes (delusional) and the dosing (10-14 days for ms PER THE FDA INDICATION), you're practically illiterate. Now go take your Haldol.

Ok... here's honesty. Reps violation HIPPA/Patient Privacy every day. Lists of patients for retreatment. Faxing referrals from home. Gift cards, (in 2012-2013) to physicians as bribes for using. "Educational Grants" paid to non-profits that are run by physicians. Limited but was happening. The label is the label. The real problem is a tolerance of specialists in possession of PHI on a regular basis.
