A recruiter emailed me today regarding sales position quoting 130-155K first year comp with 25K guarantee commission first year on top of base (70-100K). Does this sound realistic? Also curious if the companies benefits have improved as of late, I saw a lot of older threads complaining about the health insurance.
makes no difference to the division. They basically have three different types of reps Cardiac, peripheral and full bag. Most new reps I have seen come on are complaining about the low comp they are receiving. Reps at Merit are of three types newer hires, those that are looking to hang on a year or so until retirement and those that are looking for other jobs as quick as they can.
