You are talking to one. I seriously question why Olympus, Fuji, or Pentax reps feel the need to troll. Regardless of how much you hate what Fuse is, it's here to stay. Physicians like it and they continue to buy it. It doesn't matter if it's one room or six rooms, the technology is changing the endoscopy landscape.

Just as Fuji has experienced, durability is a key factor in this game. Endochoice is feeling the pain already. Has been said many times, its not all about your gimmick image; what will do you in is your lack of breadth of product, and poor durability.

    Ship is already sinking...

Gimmick image? I can't wait to hear your explanation.

I don't think physicians debate that 330 view is a bad thing but when you factor in the other short comings of the system (poor durability, poor drive-ability, poor image transfer, poor image print offs, lack of current happy Fuse customers), the negatives outweigh the image. That is something that the higher ups don't understand. A 330 degree image is important but it is just a portion of the scope that a physician takes into consideration when purchasing a new system.

Shoving a wire down the working channel to improve how the scope drives is just pigging lipstick on a pig.

You are either an Olympus rep who has lost a few deals to Fuse or a very disgruntled EndoChoice rep. Hang in there lady, it will get better.

Calling someone a disgruntled EndoChoice rep is summing up our entire sales force.

How many reference sites do we have with happy Fuse customers? How many can we use for prospective customers? Ask your RM that and see him struggle to avoid answering the question.

But that's ok, keep your head in the sand. We've sold less than 50 units this year and our debt keeps accumulating while the stock plummets.

Not a disgruntled EC rep but you avoided my concerns altogether about the system we are selling. If you can characterize me as a disgruntled rep, I guess I can call you a clueless RM who doesn't question anything from senior leadership and thinks that everything is sunshine in lollipops in the field.

Its hard not to be disgruntled when you are out pushing a product that won't move.
I'd like to know how many "Olympus reps who have lost a few deals" there are out there.

330 is nice but when your images don't transfer or look like absolute garbage because we can't figure out how to integrate into an ERW, the 330 degree image loses its luster.

This board is dead. Stock is tanking and products aren't moving. Should be interesting to see how far the stock drops after the earnings report this week.

I assumed the earnings report was going to be positive this week!?

Depends if they use the term "units shipped" vs "units sold" for the earnings report.

Based on the stock drop after the earnings call, I think it's safe to say that the call wasn't positive?

12 domestic units shipped in Q3. Market not impressed.

    $7.50/share now. Ouch.

Did you hear the CEO/CFO struggle to even answer the basic questions from the investors on their earnings call? Wow.

Yes, blame your lack of earnings for Q3 on the idea that your reps took vacation. I'm sure the investors were impressed with that answer.

Hi everyone! Was recently contacted about a possible ERP Technical/Functional analyst position at Endochoice. I understand by reading the thread that there are some issues/points of contention on the sales side of things, as well as some back and forths about the products, but how is the environment on the IT/ERP side of the company? Is there a lot of turnover or are they doing relatively well in that department? How are the IT staff and how under or overloaded are they usually on the support and project side of things? How's the job security in that department? I understand that the current ERP is NetSuite (thin client, cloud-based) and the management is considering migrating over to a different solution - any idea on what the solution is (Infor, Sage, etc.)? Would love to hear genuine, and honest feedback about Endochoice.

Add a guy to to board of directors and gift him over 11,000 shares of stock..... Just wondering what the equity situation is for the sales people actually grinding every day to contribute to the bottom line?
