i just started as an upper extremity rep and I'm concerned I didn't make the right decision? Why is the turnover rate so high? My DM says he has no support from upper management or marketing? My surgeons are happy with the product but I'm not understanding the disconnect, since the interview process was so positive.

Northern CA DM quit last week? Has the CEO completely lost touch with the field? He has allowed tr to devastate the upper extremity division.... It's a train wreck!

Mowry and team sleep at the wheel while this cool little company gets torn apart by Terry Rich. Sad!

The Nor Cal DM quit?? That sucks I met him at the National Sales Meeting this year and he was a good dude. I know his team liked him a lot too! What the fuck is wrong with this company?! That guy should have been looked at as an ASD considering all the morons we have as ASD's here but TR and VF are stupid enough to let him go. I'm sure he found a way better job than this shit hole!

Sales management here is a joke. The turnover is unparalleled. Had a guy from corporate accounts who was also my sales director for a while on the east coast. We were all excited and thought he was the chosen one. But, he left too....Now we have no manager at any level. Lima hits up my docs weekly wth corporate attention.

Lost the Baltimore DM too. He was excellent. What is going on there.

was the Baltimore DM the guy that looked like Chris Farley?? He was the only DM I met at NSM that seemed like he could cover a shoulder and wasn't a smug asshole.

The SW continues to burn and I still haven't heard when our ASD is being replaced. This place is a burning trash heap and no one with half a brain wants the job. Time to move on

He does kinda look like Farley. Yes, salt of the earth guy. Can't believe he quit too. Must have agonized over it. Has kids, wife, house like all of us. Hard to pull the plug unless something is amiss. I hope he does well wherever he goes.

now because those two DM's quit last week they are making us all fly into MN for a meeting to talk about issues. Are you fucking kidding me! First of all why MN??!! Secondly if you want to boost moral pick a better location where we can have some fun. I have some news for everyone. I am about to check out and take another job and so is 2 other DM's I know across the country. This is truly the worst company in the world to work for! Finally, I got a call from one of the carpet munchers telling me I have to complete certification by the end of next month or I will go on a PIP!! Who the fuck is that dike to tell me that?!! Fuck this place. I'm out!

Perhaps if you actually knew what you were doing, you would not need to be placed on a PIP.
Your certification is one of the key components to the overall success of your District. I suggest that you get it together or good riddance to you.

certification is one of the main components to the overall success to the district?!?! Are you fucking kidding me?! You obviously have never been in the field selling in your life! The certification process does nothing for the reps and even less for the DM's. It's one week of memorizing bullshit and spitting out shit that we will NEVER use in the field! The certification process is a complete joke. How about using all this wasted time on getting the sales team more sets! As for the two carpet munchers leading the training team those two would be laughed at any other orthopedic company in the world! What the fuck do those 2 muff burgers know about running an orthopedic training team?!

    Amy or Terry
Hit the bricks pal. You both should hook up and build your own team of alcoholics and queers. Stop ruining a good company.

Not everyone hates TR, just ask the bartenders at the shithole marriott in bloomington...He is very respected.
