Has it gotten any better here? Had a recruiter call me about an opening. Told me that average rep is making 200-300K. Seems fishy to me. Financials on the endochoice website don't look to promising.

What recruiter? He or she is doing a great service to any candidates and the company!

The company is doing better but the recruiter is FOS. The average rep is not making $200-300K. Realistically, it is in the $140-170K range with outliers.

Based on what I've seen with the numbers and the pay cuts that reps took in their salaries at the start of the year, I would say that the pay range is probably around $110-$140K for the average rep.

You have no idea what you are talking about. There are absolutely NO reps that took cuts in the salary. Troll

You're joking, right? Quite a few reps were either at $87,500 or $75,000 for salary prior to 2015. However, once our rep levels were initiated in Jan. 2015, reps at $87,500 were brought to a level 3 ($77,500 salary) and reps at $75,000 salary were most likely knocked down to a level 2 ($67,500).

For you to say that no reps took a cut in salary is a flat out lie.

company selling a 200k product and management team hiring non medical employees,ADP etc. just look at training program. 2 weeks of SELLING skills little or no product info. What a joke. Never seen a start up make it without hired guns.

When you aren't willing to pay people appropriately, you aren't going to get the hired guns. 60-80K base salary for selling capital? That's a joke.

Please give me another job that pays a higher base for selling capital AND disposables. The commission structure for Fuse is some of the best I have seen in ANY company. Boston Scientific pays reps 50K regardless of experience and there is a capital component that needs to be sold.

Nice try. How many reps are actually selling Fuse to earn that commission structure? You must be new to EC or a manager who is drinking the Kool Aid.

Your commission structure may be the best you have seen in ANY company but how many of your reps are actually able to take advantage of that structure and make decent money? From what I've heard, just a handful. The rest of the reps are lucky to break $140 here.

Since you used Boston Scientific, I'm guessing that you're one of the RMs who came from Boston Sci and are trying to sell people on the idea that you can make money at EndoChoice. That's funny.

If the jobs here are so amazing, you probably would attract better talent. I've seen some of the reps who you've hired on LinkedIn. The majority don't even have capital experience. Some don't even have device experience prior to joining. No wonder your system isn't moving and you're trending to lose $50 million this year.

I was sold on this amazing commission structure during the interview process and took the job. During the two weeks of training I saw the reality of this company. Everyday, I regret taking this position.

You and all the other ungrateful reps on these threads are why EC is not reaching its potential. I am a rep at EC, but I don't blame anyone else for my failures. Either pull up your boot straps and fight AND live up to that bullshit resume that got you here, or move the fuck on! Fuse is the right technology at the right time and you're all sounding just like those soulless doctors who vote against it because they're too weak or just don't care enough to do what's best for their patients. Yet they'll go to a doc using it for their colonoscopy, just like you'll hang around until all the hard work is done, you spoon fed ingrates!
