Does anyone know when the start date for this contract is? Thanks!

 

Is this a direct hire or a contract? What is the base pay range? Spoke to a recruiter today who is going to get back to me on some of the questions. Does anyone know the info yet?

$ 60,000 to $ 65,000 from what I was told. $ 600 car allowance $. 19 mileage

 

Is it a one year contract?

 

I was told it is a 1 year contract and you might be rolled over into another 1 year contract OR hired by Neos as a full time employee

 

Anyone have phone screen yet?

 

Anyone have much insight as to how good, or not good, this project may be in regards to the products, management philosophy, etc.

 

Nope. Sent in questionaire and resume and have heard nothing

 

Just talked to a colleague who worked with management in the past. According to him, the product is first of its kind ever - high potential. Salary is average but heard possible room for full time employment. My colleague told me management is supersmart and is a blast to work for. Cant wait! Hope I hear back!

 

Really, searching for Sr. Level pharma reps and salary is in the 60's.. Good luck

 

They are asking for a lot for such little in return. Looks like they want a presentation for the face to face

 

If you think that's a lot, you are most likely not someone that they are looking for

 

Still have heard nothing? Sent questionarre and resume back a week ago. I am shocked to have had zero response. I have a ton of experience and to not even get a phone screen is ridiculous. I am just curious if all phone screens and interviews have been set up?

 

I have a skype interview late next week so it looks like they are getting things going.

 

What did they tell you the salary ranges and bonus potential and any other package details

It could be you asked for too much money or you don't have enough psych experience.

What Sr. level rep would only be earning 60's base?????
-they would have to be unemployed or on a PIP w/ no other options......

or else Neo's must be offering a fantastic IC plan but otherwise that's unrealistic to think they're going to attract any quality talent
