I hope you all have taken your personal items home because it's over unless some bank decide to give them another loan to NOT pay. It's a sad situation, but we all knew it was coming.

Basically, there's no money left to pay us past tomorrow. So unless they get a miracle it's pretty much the end.

 

Still waiting on a response from the bank, but either way, it's chapter 7 or 11.

Look at your MyPay for tomorrow's check. You have to ask yourself, why did they pay me for all of my PTO in this check? There will be no sales force in a very short time. Just a skeleton crew trying to sell off the scrap. Even with chapter 11, the lenders will want to sell the VAP technology to reclaim some of their money. You should know that your Senior Leadership went out Wednesday night and celebrated the chance for a chapter 11 filing. Really sad, they know most of you are done but they were happy they might have saved themselves a little more time. JM crying on the call today, not for you all, JR and CP would not let him a have a turn in the money machine back at the Embassy. So many good people already gone and some good people left behind, but in the end, JM, CP and JR got what they deserved because they are simply bad at what they do and were too pompous to ask for help or admit they were wrong.

Previous post couldn't be more accurate. clueless and pompous leadership are credited for this unfortunate failure. Let's see what kind if any corporate responsibility response they will provide to our customers when this ship has sunk.

Doesn't really matter at this point who has a better come back comment. Some of us simply just have faith in what we hear and sell. In this case we were outsold by our own inept leaders.

 

OUtSOLD? How about completely misled and lied to. I don't believe at all that executive management didn't know this was coming weeks ago. But, JM's job is to spin everything to a positive no matter what the situation. What pisses me off is all these RDs that would never question JM or CP or JR, always defended their decisions, and caused me nothing but headaches over the last 6 months. I wonder how much money JM milked Out of the company over the last 14 months knowing all along that bankruptcy was in the near future?
