Hu-Friedy booth at Cologne was impressive, but must have cost a fortune; the booth was full but mostly with dozens of Hu-Friedy people. Must have been more than a dozen from the U.S. staff.

pretty funny/sad post on yelp about Hu-Friedy. It tells the story of this sad company pretty clearly. Check it out.

they spend a ton of money going after the hygienists because they know that the retail reps are on to them. Most of the good people have been driven out or left the company a long time ago. They are trying to be more like Discus. Great marketing, but the products.....

She covered CT and Bronx NY area. She left field sales 2 years ago and is now a corporate account manager with Schein but still with Hu-Friedy.

The lost a good Philly rep last year because of $. He went to a dealer to sell equipment. His replacement was a young lady from customer service department that didn't last a year. She left the field and went back to corporate office in Chicago.
The other part of NJ and CT are being covered by other reps now
