600 job cuts at Millennium? Did i hear right?

I'm hearing 600 axed. Can someone corroborate that?

Meantime, the big boys who founded the company are probably counting their stacks of money and laughing to the bank...

600? Seems a little steep. Restructured yes. 40% of the sales force left on their own, President Club Winners. MH is suing employees who start working for another lab. Sales people are being fired for not signing new non-competes. The old days of reps making 700k/year are gone. The company is treading water, sinking like the Titanic. It's only a matter of time the ship fully sinks. Now they are firing reps for unethical things, when that's what we were taught from the very beginning! Company is scrambling to add new offerings to their product line to stay above water. You are just a number at MH. There is not "Millennium Family" if you aren't bringing in money for them.

 

Are you seeing people flock to Castle as I am?

 

No not really. I know at MH, they will sue your ass for going to another lab. They made that clear.

 

Castle lol. Anyone who knows anything about the tox business would never go to Castle. Are they even still open?

 

Agree.. They would also not go to Millenium. Both have terrible reputations and would be a negative in future employment. Both companies slowly disappearing.

 

Let them sue then the rep will file a whistleblower case on their illegal business practices and they will drop it. They do not want to be dinged another $280 million
