Cliff notes: No dust might for at least 3 years No change to pediatric age No new product this year and most likely not even next No IPO No room to advance You will be screwed on new cars You will make no bonus If you win Circle of crap you get crap. No trip until at least after April next year. They hope you will leave or this sham will be shut down by then. Marketing will continue to talk down to us and not listen to what we say. Can we get people who have done this and know what they are doing? Not learn as they go and keep shafting us. We will continue to have no breakfast at meetings (granola bars and coffee). Bring your own drinks. People were buying drinks and half of us sat there thirsty. They continue to have a 30% no fill rate and we will get no help in making this easier. You have lost any value you may have had coming into here. You are not a primary care rep like any idiot starting this business. What did I miss?
Agree... doesn't add up, there have to be cuts, with no sales they cant keep us on the payroll, which they would just be straight up and lose the air of superiority... shit show
Funny how they try to convince us that our marketshare is impressive. Even if we had a 100% marketshare it is still a very abysmal number. They would have to quadruple their sales next year just to be able to pay some basic bills. Shit show is right.
I am not working this summer. Why visit people if they are not going to be a target in another month.
Those of us who left have been telling you all this place is a joke. If you stay then you deserve what you get.
Question: How did JW get his job? He can't answer the simplest of questions. Product Director, worthless.
You want thoughts. They can kiss my ass. I'm as deep into job hunting as these managers are. Yes I know who you are. When a recruiter tells me they have managers resumes it confirms your inner doubt.
When total prescriptions for the year don't pay for the expenses of one territory, one has to question what the hell CB and RR are telling the parent company to keep their jobs.
