Zydax. The reason we all came to Parnell.
Transparency. Initially, a stated goal of Parnell.

A year later, both are not present.

It is my understanding that Zydax has still NOT been resubmitted. I have also heard that DMOAD classification may be off the table and Zydax may now settle for NSAID labeling. I have my doubts Zydax makes it to market period.

Candidly, I do not know what is accurate about Zydax anymore, and that is the point. We were told we always would know.

RJ wants to avoid the "real" questions from staff on calls now. RJ wants to fire (personally, nice work "CEO") those that ask "real" questions under the guise of "negativity."

Never mind addressing it for us 15 SE's that actually show next week, we get it. We've been duped.

    More importantly: investors beware.

    Well said!

Aside from all the other BS that this guy throws around. The business aspect goes to the core of what's wrong with Parnell. Keep handing out RSU's and Options, they are more worthless than the paper they are printed on.

Doesn't matter if they skyrocket through the roof, they take three years to vest, and no rep lasts that long at Parnell. We are just shy of one year in to having a sales team and 25 reps out of 40 remain. They could issue you seven million shares, but you'd have to deal with an almost frightening work environment and somehow avoid being fired when no one seems to know how to avoid being put on a PIP when the goals are set so high that no one seems to be able to hit them (and no one tells you when you're in hot water, or coaches you beforehand), and now they started firing even people who DO hit them for perceived slights. It's like working in CrazyPantsVille. Good luck with those "stocks", you'll have to say some serious prayers to get them. And if you do get them, you'll need the money to pay for the therapy you'll need to erase the mental scars.

You might want to watch what you write on here. It isn't hard to find out where things are written using the IP details; and you seem to be treading very close to a legal line. What you have written could easily put you in hot water; and that stuff isn't taken lightly.

And to add; just because you don't like the company, don't ruin it for those who enjoy it and actually work hard. You're messing with innocent people's lives - in a way, I hope your post does come back and bite you.

Legal line? Then why is all of it posted publicly on Parnell's website? http://investors.parnell.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=982864

you obviously haven't read the terms and conditions of Cafe Pharma.

They don't track IP address. You can bully all you want. You're looking for a needle in a haystack.

And since everything on here is public knowledge and can be backed up by at least 40+ people by deposition?

Keep on spinning! Like the Steve Miller Band!

Here, enlighten yourself. I love how HR acts like reps are too dumb to read. Sorry guys, that's just YOU who think people don't need studies. We actually know how to think. The site is completely anonymous.

Running the company by fear again, eh? How lovely. Well, let's check the actual CafePharma site rules, shall we? Because we actually know how to read. Has to be a bit more secure than those assured "anonymous" survey monkeys we get every month before the webinars, I would assume. (Yeah, we know those are tracked, two of the four regional managers WARNED THEIR TEAMS they are tracked!).

Well, would you look at that. CafePharma is secure! Oops, lies again. Corporate is panicking now because they can't control the influx of bad publicity they brought upon themselves. Maybe you should have thought of that BEFORE RJ started locking his sales team in a room for 13 hours at the March sales meeting and not letting them go back to the hotel, firing retarded amounts of reps with no coaching or warning beforehand, and sticking people with needles.

For those who don't believe me, here's the CP privacy policy.

what is the inference here? that parnell continues to promise big things but has nothing? i didn't read the press release closely.....

What are you going to do, RJ? Sue someone for saying "I heard _" and "it's my opinion that __"? There are NO legal ramifications for making inferences based off of the shoddy track record of a career liar, which is exactly what the person who posted that did. You promised us a bunch of shit that you never delivered and the speculation is that the drug will probably never come to fruition because all we have to go off of are rumors because you're a liar.

And by the way, you can go ahead and continue to lead by fear all you want, but we can actually read. Some of us aren't as easily manipulated as you think everyone is. This is cafepharma's privacy policy: http://www.cafepharma.com/privacy. It's secure. So we aren't really worried you're tracing our IP addresses like you do with those damn "TOTALLY anonymous" survey monkeys you send around before the staff meeting webinars (Oh yeah, no matter what you and EV tell us, everyone knows they're tracked, even the regional managers). And some of us are also smart enough to have VPNs. You can't control everyone with fear. You can't act like a lunatic who stabs people and fires people at random and then tries to control everything and expects people to fall in line when you pull the manipulation strings, not everyone is stupid enough to be a chess piece in your game. And yeah, go ahead and play the empathy card--"messing with innocent people's lives", like what that poster said had ANY power whatsoever to delay the launch of Zydax. Suddenly Mr. Fire half the damn sales force with no warning gives a shit? Maybe you should take your favorite word "transparency" and apply it to your complete inability to think through this enough to hide what you're really doing here.

Lol. Totally know who that is who posted that. One of my favorite people (for real) at Parnell. Too bad I will be gone before I see him again (resigning Monday! Hooray!). Pretty amazing group of reps, that much I have to say.

Too bad RJ doesn't give two shits what a talented crew he has. Seriously the best crop of people I have ever worked with.

    agreed!

There are some really talented people at this company and that were at this company.

This used car salesman that went to medical school really put on a good show.

I look forward to seeing all the talented folks from this disaster in a future life!

I have your back and will defend you every chance I get.

    Sincerely,

Someone with a ton of experience and contacts in this industry

"Messing with innocent people's lives"..... Seriously??? What about the 40+ Reps that you hired under false pretenses? We were given a completely false description of the company and what it does, the products, and the job itself. What you fail to realize is that this company is full of victims. Maybe this thread will "Save innocent people's lives!"
Lastly, I will add that if you want someone to go sit at a dog park and have random unsuspecting people who were trying to enjoy their Saturday watch joint supplement videos, get some high school kids to do it cause I sure as hell won't.

So you can tell who wrote those few words but you can't beleive that people can identify posters by writing style and content ?

Speculating about a peer I know very well about something benign, and corporate looking to pinpoint a witch to burn at the stake based off a simple hunch are two completely different things.

Retaliation for what? Posting here? Sorry but that's a reason a lot of companies fire people, on boards or social media sites like Facebook or news interviews. You can be fired for what you say at work or on your own time if it's about the company or your job. The first amendment means you can say what you want, but companies don't have to keep you if they don't like what you say. Anyone else hear the decision to let the two reps go came after one or more employees complained to the RSM? If so I'm surprised, not that somebody complained (about one of them who is obviously posting here) but that the RSM did anything about it. Losing them doesn't look so good on him.

interesting thing is I don't think either one of those reps is posting any of this stuff. one is trying to get a waiver so watching p's and q's and the other hates this site. There's like 10-12 people posting that I'm aware of current reps and past reps. Possibly more. And your absolutely right, companies fire people for whatever they want but it's like a witch hunt at Parnell which is ridiculous. By the way, I know both those reps well and nobody complained to the RSM about them. There was a bigger picture bullshit story here that you don't have any idea about. they made an example out of them and
what you were told about why they were let go wasn't the truth.
