It is true that folks in Medivation may make lot of money but rushing to judgement is not a right path. We have to see what is in a detail of the agreement.
If it's true that shares can be immediately vested then folks at Medivation can make some good money, they will pay capital gains tax of 36% plus state income tax but that is fine too.
But there is a very good chance that Pfizer will not use any of sales or other personnel from Medivation. In order to keep the operating cost low, it does not makes sense for Pfizer to keep Medivation personnel, they already have a powerful marketing, sales, operation, medical affairs, clinical development in GU and Breast CA. It makes sense for them to add a product, or a doctor to the list of visitors!

We already see the writing on the wall, stupid. We all know we are going to get cut. We are just counting the days and arriving to work late and waiting to collect our severances so we can move on to other companies. You would have to be a moron to not see this coming.

So much anger for a supposedly rich and smart sales reps! Why so much anger? No matter how rich you get, you are still a dumb ass sales rep who failed all his/her classes and goes to kiss up some ass every morning to put some food on the table. Oh, tomorrow morning try to kiss up harder, you need it. You really think, you are rich? Think again! Go see who were the people who bought your shares at dirt cheap, before even approval and made a real money all because of your ass kissing. Keep up the good work, as long as your dumb ass is around, I don't need to do any work!

Better to take a job then wait for the severance. Good opportunities don't come every day especially if you are over 40. Note: not to many people at Pfizer last there after 40. Just saying.

Well it won't be 36% if Hillary is elected. It will be more like 52% if she sticks to her tax plan?! Also is her plan is to tax severance pay at 36% or capital gain no matter what the distribution schedule is? Better read her proposed tax plan.

Even if Hillary did somehow get the House she couldn't change the tax rate for 2016. Player hater. Go away.

Who's the angry one? Jealous, too! Your mindless incoherent jibberish rant tells me you need help.
You are the typical sorry ass pharma rep, aka bagel boy, lunch caterer, sample closet inventory consultant, and mindless robot that pukes out meaningless bullshit from the holy grail, aka detail aid.
I wouldnt work for Pfizer if I was starving! And, believe me, I'm not.
