Yeah, gotta love how EV says the turnover here is "average" for the industry. Um, half your sales force gone in one year, a whole different marketing team, a whole different R&D department...that's average? Lol.

One more OG from out west gone now too! Damn, hardly anyone left in the west now. Come to think of it, hardly anyone left at Parnell now!!! I think the sales force is officially down to 20 reps from 40 exactly one year ago. Speaks volumes of the culture.

 

Not only the reps - take a look at the office staff. They have to actually put up with leadership on a daily basis.

 

the marketing dept is on their THIRD round of employees in a year. Lots of turnover in HR and R&d too. Only dept with any longevity seems to be digitech. Maybe the sociopath CEO doesn't bother them because he doesn't know enough about wtf they do to try to micromanage them. Fat chance tho, lol
