Medslime? You have got be kidding. You must be a Medslime rep on our board. Medslime is growing slowly in alternate site. If you really want to know who is growing unbelievably it is Molnlycke and while S&N is pretty stagnant, they are growing NPWT. Medslime totally sucks. They buy business and lost a whistle blower case. 3M is a good company and if they decided to really be a wound care company they would do well. Their reps sell a lot of different products, not just wound care.

Why not? Because you're owned by bloodsuckers and parasites more interested in profits than the needs of customers/patients. That's why.

Until you're set free from your Nordic and Avista Masters your future will remain bleak. Maybe 3M might buy you one day and solve all your problems?

Isn't he is now with the 3M Speculum Division? Supposedly field testing the new Tangerine scented wide jaw model due out in late June? Can anyone confirm? Are they hiring?

What I heard was they called him Matt Foley. The Chris Farley character who lived in a van down down by the river.

3M no longer offers pensions. Basically the remaining pension folks are grandfathered in. All new sales reps don't have a pension. One thing the above poster needs to understand is around compensation. 3M pay is on the lower end of the medical sales space. You will never make much more then $115 total comp yearly. The only way to make more money is through merit increases. Basically everyone gets a 2% to 3%. If you are looking to make legit money look somewhere else. If you want a steady job making below average money with good benefits then 3M might be for you. It's a commodity business which is slowly dying in healthcare. I just wanted to give you real world feedback. There are much better medical sales jobs out there. Don't let the 3M brand get in your way of making the best decision for you and your family.
