    Those who got laid off, what was the severance like? I am curious about last years layoffs and the two this year. I hear everyone got different packages?

    i received 2 weeks. I asked for 30 days and HR said no. That's was it. Pretty upset.

    Sorry man. Yeah they suck and anyone who thinks this company care is wrong. Here is two weeks and a kick to the curb.

    yep glad to be gone. Let's face it the huge lofty rx goals won't be attainable anyway. I must say Chris Blanc is totally full of crap. His lack of leadership has not helped a bad situation. He just made things worse. Tiffany and the rest of marketing relied on market research instead of real world field input. 5 grass message is BS. Someone should fire Chris and Tiffany as these two truly have earned the unemployment line.

    The incompetence and deception goes MUCH higher than Chris and Tiffany. While they are truly useless, they are just a product of a disaster of a company led but a bunch of unscrupulous liars. When will the parent company grow a set and get rid of everyone and start fresh?

They have gone through literally hundreds of reps yet keep blaming the new reps they hire and train over and over again? Insufficient application? How about Oralair sucks, management is clueless and knows nothing other than lies and will say and do anything to keep their job? CB and RR have slimed together before, that is the only reason things are still going forward. Their BS is about to catch up to them though...
