I was just curious. Used to work at Promius and saw on the website that the upper management has all changed now that RD has left the building. RD#2 and MD aren't even mentioned anymore. It seems that the all the top spots are now filled with the Indians. How's that working out for you?

Well since since the short man syndrome boys couldn't get the job done we had to make adjustments... Finally moving in a positive direction.

That's awesome! I'm glad it's working out. Started out as a great company and hopefully now it will get back to that. Best of luck!

So can anyone tell me who got RD#2's spot as National Sales Director? Used to work there and just curious.

Wow. Kevin got the job. Good for him. he was always a good guy. Not sure if he's NSD material but sure he'll make a go of it. I thought they might go with someone with more management experience like CN. Maybe the Indians thought they could control him more.

Also, I heard through the grapevine that Raghav was leaving as well and that Anil was taking over. Is that true? Lots of changes are a comin for you guys. Sure different from when I joined in the beginning of the company. I wish you all the best.

Just checking in to see how things are going now that KM has been in charge for a couple of months? I'm not there anymore, but always liked the people so still try to keep in touch as much as possible. Any insight?

Why would the company be up for sale? Reddy seems so focused on the 5 year out prospects of this company and the R&D team seems to do some good work

This is a dead company with old products with a new(ish) delivery system. The word is out. I wish you all luck because you are going to need it.

The company develops a new derm product and licenses it to another company, instead of using an existing derm-sales force. That says a lot about senior leadership, and the future of the company.

I am not with Promius anymore, but still in Derm. Word on the street is that Reddy definitely has Promius on the market. Guess is it will be sold to the highest bidder. Company started going to crap once the Dr. Reddy's folks started calling all the shots. They have no clue about the US branded market. Very sad as Promius was once a very great place to work. Great people and great culture. All gone now. Feel for you all.

It is no better on the Neurology side. Indians hire a "yes man" for a director. Current drug we sell is not even close to our unreasonable goals. Call metrics and over analization have everybody looking for a better opportunity. Top reps have left and they will continue to do so.

None of that surprises me. They have MD in charge of all of the Commercial/Sales Ops stuff now and he has no background in any of that. He acts like he is this total brainiac when it comes to that stuff but really has no clue. If it wasn't for TC, we would be totally screwed more than we are now. He's a damn Manged Care guy. Only in that position because he is a total Indian ass kisser. Talk about a prime example of the Peter Principle.
