    Looks like Vanda has gone over to InVentiv to do their recruiting.

    Anyone been contacted yet?

    Feedback on these positions would be appreciated: salary/benefits/car allowance/etc. for reps and DM's.

    Vanda has a chief commercial officer that micromanages the sales team. Unless he is fired, Vanda is doomed. He does not understand the schizophrenia market. He chose who to bring on to Vanda from the current Publicis contract from simply eavesdropping on some role plays at a meeting. He is unstable.

    What are they offering in base salary? Bonus?

    Base: $85-98k DOE

    Car: $650. monthly allowance.

    Interviews begin in January with a late February start date.

    Fanapt flopped with Novartis pushing it.

    if it is such a good gig ask the guy conducting your final interview why he is still a
    Consultant and not an employee. Oh yes, he is also very proud of having"carried the bag." For. Six. Months. Why does the home office get the week between Christmas and New Years off but the sales force is expected to not only work but drop samples every day?

    The consultant is smart for remaining as a consultant. Why join a sinking ship when the pay as a consultant is probably greater. Ask the CCO, GP about sales strategy and prepare to be amazed at his complete incompetence and failure to understand the adult schizophrenic market. Then ask how he evaluates employees? Is it by listening in on a couple of seconds of a role play and then judging??? Vanda is destined for failure with the absence of a CCO who is competent.

    The CEO and his clown counterpart CCO are dictators with strategies that are unethical at best. The underlings must drink the kool aid and are subject to daily beatings. Thinking outside of the box is not allowed and will be punished.

    It looks like Fanapt has generic competition already. What else is in the pipeline then for CNS?

    It sounds like the gig is for the oral Fanapt and it's new indication of relapse schizophrenia (November 2016) I thought it was originally for the injectable when the recruiter reached out. Does anyone else know anything differently?
