You serious - have you ever sat and thought about value you are adding to J&J as shared services between GTS and AS. Its the biggest drag on this company in all of ESP services.

 

Seems this resource is already a Drag on us!

 

This we really don't need!

 

This has gone Viral and is really not good for our GTS organization, or our Business in general.

We should be doing better at hiring the right people.
